At one time there was a reward for the return of Hornbeck. Will the young man who led the police to young Ben and Hornbeck receive a reward?
No reward for the tip that lead to Shawn. The offer of a reward was withdrawn in 2004 to be used elsewhere since it wasn't effective in bringing about his return - they then counted on anyone knowing information to do the "right thing".
